We take great care in sourcing, packaging, and delivering the finest Indian spices. However, if your order doesn’t meet expectations, we’re here to make it right.

Returns Eligibility

Because Kirpa offers food-grade and perishable items, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • You received a wrong item or an incomplete order.
  • The product was damaged or defective on arrival.
  • The package was tampered with or opened before delivery.

In all other cases (such as change of mind or dislike of flavor), we’re unable to accept returns due to food safety regulations.

Return Window

Please raise a return or replacement request within 3 days of receiving your order.
After this period, we may not be able to process the claim due to storage and handling constraints of perishable goods.

Return Process

  1. Email us at support@kirpaspices.com with your order number, product photos, and issue details.
  2. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
  3. If approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or request you to send the product back to our warehouse.
  4. Once verified, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued via your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, or wallet).
  • In case of COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.
  • Refund amount excludes any shipping or handling charges unless the error was on our part.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially used spice packs.
  • Items returned without original packaging or invoice.
  • Products purchased during sale or clearance events (unless damaged/defective).

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a wrong or damaged product, please share a photo of the package and item within 24 hours of delivery at support@kirpa.in.
We’ll quickly arrange a replacement or full refund as per your preference.
